In case your video doesn’t show on the screen, in a nutshell:
Only 10-15% of Americans are successful with their New Year’s resolutions. Why do we have such a hard time completing New Year’s Resolutions?
Change is hard, especially when we try to make huge life changes all at once…and we don’t plan for it.
How can we be successful?
Choose just one change, list the steps you need to take, and get these scheduled onto your calendar.
What are some easy organizing projects we can work on for our New Year’s Resolutions?
- Toys – Donate to Goodwill any toys that are no longer loved or used.
- Medicine Cabinet – Purge the expired meds and corral what’s left in a container.
- Pantry – Make the healthy foods easier to grab!
Get organized for your New Year’s Resolutions. Happy 2015!
