27 Sep How to run a productive meeting (aka hints for the Secret Service)
In the past few weeks, I’ve heard quite a few complaints from folks who’ve had to sit through some pretty gosh-awful meetings.
“Pointless!”
“A waste of time!”
So, in my monthly blog post for Sanera Camp, I pulled together some tips for running productive and effective meetings.
